Meet Tiffany

“Sometimes taking care of yourself starts with choosing your life again.”
Tiffany’s journey to BIG T Juice didn’t begin with a business plan.
It began with learning how to fight for herself.
Tiffany first attempted sobriety from alcohol and drugs at just 20 years old. As she began trying to build a healthier life, juicing became a meaningful part of taking care of herself.
She remembers drinking nearly a pitcher of fresh juice a day — filling her body with fruits, vegetables and nourishment at a time when learning to care for herself mattered deeply.
Looking back, Tiffany believes that ritual gave her more than she realized at the time. It was something positive she could do for herself. A small, intentional choice to put something good back into a body and a life that had been through a lot.
Years later, another struggle caught her by surprise.
Kratom swept Tiffany into its grip quickly.
Before she fully realized what was happening, something she never expected to control her had become incredibly difficult to walk away from.
That experience stayed with her.
It showed her how quickly dependence can take hold — and how easily something can become part of your life before you recognize how much of yourself you may be losing to it.
Today, Tiffany is passionate about bringing greater awareness to kratom and sharing what she learned from her own experience.

But Tiffany doesn’t want her story to end with addiction.
She wants to talk about what comes next.
About rebuilding.
About learning to take care of yourself again.
About nourishing a body that’s been through hard things.
About rediscovering the little things that make you feel alive.
And most importantly, about finding joy on the other side.

Juice made fresh. Life lived BIG.
Choosing herself, one bottle at a time.
Juicing has been one of those things for Tiffany.
It was part of her life when she first pursued sobriety at 20, and it became something she returned to as a way of intentionally caring for herself — putting something good back into her body and making her well-being a priority.
BIG T Juice grew from that spirit.
It’s fresh juice, yes. But behind every bottle is a woman who knows what it feels like to fight for your life, rebuild it, and eventually realize that surviving isn’t the end of the story.
“Your hardest chapter doesn’t have to be your last.”
Today BIG T Juice is made locally in Vancouver, Washington, with real produce, small batches and no shortcuts.
